HEALTHY DIET TIPS: EATING OUT THREE TIMES A DAY LESS GOOD

We as citizens of Indonesia are accustomed to eating three meals a day, with rice as a "compulsory menu." Can not be said to eat if without rice. Meal without rice is classified as a snack, nothing more.
The problem is, whether such a diet healthy?
A few days ago I was chatting with a friend from Bandung Rukyat Center (Institute Ala treatment of the Prophet), and the conversation was, quite surprised me:
The pattern of three meals a day with rice as the main menu was less healthy.

Why? Because the supply of carbohydrate to be excessive. If judging the long-term effects, blood sugar levels will be high if the accustomed way. No wonder banya diabetics in Indonesia
A healthier diet: Five times a day.
Breakfast is bread and milk. Just a little carbohydrate. Avoid eat well in the morning because it will make sleepy. If you eat well in the morning, the energy should be used for activities instead gone into your stomach. 3 hours after breakfast, eat light foods such as bread. Every 3 hours, the stomach must be feeling hungry Lunch, please complete meal. Rice, side dishes and vegetables. But always remember: Stop before the full! In the afternoon, ba'da ashar, eat - snacks anymore. Afternoon snack such as compote, green bean porridge, or maybe fruit - fruits could be an option. evening, a full meal. Try dinner 3 hours of your bedtime, so before bed has been completed digested food and not disturb your sleep. Yep, that's my friend recommended pattern. if noted, there are actually patterns: Eat every 3 hours, because the stomach does feel hungry every 3 hours, but levels are associated with time.
Additional note:
If you want to eat fruit, eat fruit before you eat a full meal. Indonesian People used to eat fruit - fruit after eating rice, and in fact this pattern is less good. Eat fruit first before a heavy meal. When I asked this to a food chemist, was indeed no scientific reason: The fruit should be eaten in advance for micronutrients from fruits entered first.
Well, I hope helpful!
